  11. OVERVIEW
  12. ────────────────────────────
  13.         EMERGENCY is a realtime multimedia presentation ("demo") which has
  14. been presented at NAID, an international demo competition held in Montréal 
  15. in 1996. At the time of this writing, its official rank was unknown.
  16.  
  17.         This is not an animation and no effect is pre-calculated. It is just
  18. another way to let your computer get insane and push its hardware to its
  19. maximum.

  21. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
  22. ────────────────────────────
  23. * A 486DX4-100 or better for a maximum smoothness. 
  24.   A DX2-66 may cause some problems that we don't really want to correct.
  25. * Around 4 megs of memory
  26. * A Gravis UltraSound or compatible to hear sound.
  27. * A clean reboot before running would be nice...

  31.         This demo would have needed an additionnal two weeks of work to be
  32. fully finished. Therefore, the end is quite not like we would have liked
  33. it to be.

  35.         Type "EMERG.EXE INFO" to see the quick-and-dirty-and-buggy credits
  36. scroller which has been made in a hurry. It was not presented at NAID for
  37. obvious reasons!

  46.         EMERGENCY (URGENCE) est une présentation multimédia ("démo") qui fut
  47. présentée à NAID, une compétition de démo internationale tenue à Montréal en
  48. 1996. Au moment d'écrire ceci, sa position officielle dans le palmarès était
  49. inconnue.

  51.         Ceci n'est pas une animation et aucun effet est pré-calculé. Ce démo
  52. est seulement une autre façon de rendre votre ordinateur fou et de pousser
  53. son matériel au maximum.

  55. SYSTEME REQUIS

  57. * Un 486DX4-100 ou mieux pour une qualité maximale. 
  58.   Un DX2-66 peut causer des problèmes que nous n'avons pas le goût de corriger.
  59. * Environ 4 megs de mémoire
  60. * Une Gravis UltraSound ou compatible pour entendre le son.
  61. * Un reboot "propre" avant de commencer serait intéressant...

  65.         Ce démo aurait eu besoin de deux semaines de travail additionnelles
  66. pour être complètement terminé. C'est pourquoi la fin n'est pas exactement
  67. comme nous l'aurions voulue.

  69.         Tapez "EMERG.EXE INFO" pour voir le générique vite fait et plein de
  70. bugs qui a été fait en vitesse. Il ne fut pas présenté à NAID pour des 
  71. raisons évidentes!
